1900s cotton polka dotted windowpane full length skirt with pleated waistband. Hook and eyed closures at back waistband and up the keyhole, with tiered velvet trim.
Condition: Good for age; some thinning of fabric near waistband, mostly on the polka dots as shown. A few faint discolored spots
